I had an amazing experience with Carpet Pro Cleaners! After my dog had an emergency, I called them and they were able to come out within the same week. The team was kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. They did an outstanding job, my carpets look brand new and smell so fresh, without that overwhelming chemical scent. I really appreciate their attention to detail and care. Definitely a 10/10 service, I’ll be calling them again in the future!
I've used Carpet Pro Cleaners since I would come visit my daughter in Cary from Winston-Salem - to surprise her with a couch cleaning - this is now -7 years now I've been a customer! I am rewriting this review. I live in Cary now, and every year get my apartment cleaned. I've only had one less than great service (wasn't bad, just wasn't what I had come to expect, and management was very responsive to listening and tryihng to make my concern right!
