A good experience overall. A standard but good experience.
I had my entire upstairs and nursery cleaned. They are a great team. They communicate ahead of time on when they are going to arrive and they arrived on-time. They were efficient and cleaned up several stains that I had no hope being cleaned. The carpet looks visibly clean. Very polite and respectful. I highly recommend them.
I booked Carpet Cleaning Pros to handle my living room and bedroom carpets, and the results were way better than I expected. They arrived on time, were friendly, and explained the whole process. The stains I thought would never come out are completely gone, and the carpet smells fresh without any harsh chemical scent. Pricing was fair and worth every cent.
