I personally think this is the worst service I have ever seen. The guy comes and looks at our carpet, gives us a quote on how much it will cost to have them cleaned and says he will be able to do it the next day. Well he then cancels it and makes an appointment for four days later. We then have everything moved and ready to go and not only does the guy not show up or answer his phone, he has still yet to call. Very POOR service for a carpet cleaning business!
