We had a great experience with Carpet Plus, Louis, and his crew. They were friendly, professional, and very punctual. Louise was clear about the plan from the beginning and followed through on everything he said he would do. The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and left everything looking fantastic. We had another carpet company ignore us after meeting with them and requesting samples. Not only did they get us samples quickly, they were cheaper and delivery of our order is expected to be much faster.
