I called three places two weeks ago to arrange for carpet measurement & installations: Home Depot, Lowes, and Carpet Plus FW. The first two came out last week to measure and followed up with estimates and I chose one. Carpet Plus never bothered to call back even though I left my name, phone number, address with the human operator.

I used Carpet Plus recently to install carpet in a master bedroom and to fix buckling laminate in a hallway. Both jobs were done excellently. The carpet was beautifully install and the laminate was repaired to new condition. I was very impressed by the work done. Thank you.

I 100% recommend Carpet Plus!! They installed new vinyl plank flooring in one of my bedrooms. The level of customer service from everyone I worked with was outstanding. I can say the same for the quality of workmanship and their pricing. I will definitely use them for any future projects!

Louis is great, he has been very helpful and super easy to work with! Yana at the front desk is also very helpful and was able to guide me in the right direction

They have awesome options and their pricing is fair! We bought our tile from them and got it in really fast! Would recommend !
