Greg was amazing! He kept us informed of the timeline for ordering and laying carpet and laminate. The flooring choices are outstanding! Some are in house and fast install and some take time to ship, but we weren’t on a time crunch, so we waited for some too- quality flooring, and it was worth the wait! Installers were professional, trustworthy, and helpful! Definitely would recommend. Prices reasonable, and we shopped around.
Carpet planet has been nothing but amazing. Have done all our new carpet in our home. Just remodeled our kitchen and all new granite and tile and could not be happier. The whole team is very professional and polite and always Cleaned along the way and after. Will be using them to refinish our hardwood floors also . 5 plus stars for sure .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Russ came out and gave us a quote to put in carpet for a Small bathroom. I then called them to schedule an install Several times and was told he would call me back. He never returned my call and blew me off. I then tried to work with another Rep Greg to see if he could assist to simply schedule the install and he never spoke to me either.
