This is the 3rd time I've used Carpet One to update my flooring and they didn't disappoint. The job was completed within the quoted timeframe and on budget. The team turned up every day, on time and did an exceptional job, including cleaning up after themselves. If you want a business that does what they say they will, I'd highly recommend.
Would love to give a Zero Star. to the woman who could not be bothered showing up for an appointment today at 1.30 at Mirani. Your service is absolutely disgusting. not even a phone call to say you were not coming after it was confirmed you were. Obviously you don’t want business. it’s okay. we found another business who values customer service and keeps appointments.
