Would love to give a Zero Star. to the woman who could not be bothered showing up for an appointment today at 1.30 at Mirani. Your service is absolutely disgusting. not even a phone call to say you were not coming after it was confirmed you were. Obviously you don’t want business. it’s okay. we found another business who values customer service and keeps appointments.

Right from the moment we walked in the door, my wife and I were greeted by Meredith and she was very helpful and professional, and gave us some flooring to take home and arranged to come out and do the quote that afternoon. The time came for the new flooring to be installed, and the team that turned up got stuck straight into the job and it was a big job to remove old tiles and then grind the floor then lay the floor down which was all done in 3 days.
