It sure would be nice if these people would be upstanding enough to pay their bills. Almost 20 calls that they have not returned, and a dozen invoices ignored, all over a $101 invoice that apparently they can't afford to pay. If someone can't bother to return a phone call or write a check for that small of an amount, do you really want to trust them doing your home? What's going to happen if you have an issue with them? I don't recommend them!
The team at Monley's Carpet One was phenomenal! We are located on a ranch and have a house that the caretakers lived in. It was a disaster, with pet smell, fleas, and abused linoleum and carpeting. Monley came in and tore out the old flooring and pad, treated the base to rid the smells. In less than a week we had a caretaker house that we could be proud of!! Thank you Tom Monley and your crew. We really appreciate all you did!!
When time to install, I was told all warranties did not apply. Manufacturer verified all warranties apply regardless if installed in rental.
