Great service once again. Not the first time I have used Carpet One at Helensvale and they are always a pleasure to deal with.
Karen at Carpet One was the ONLY person who would give me the time of day, because my job was only a small one. I purchased Luxury Vinyl Planks for my kitchen floor and Karen was super helpful and patient while I was choosing my desired planks. Their installer, John did a perfect job, and at a very reasonable price for this day and age. A lovely person, super professional and meticulously clean. I'm over the moon with the results. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was in yesterday as I wanted to check out carpet I picked carpet months ago thru our builder - I wanted to see it in real life and should have done months ago. The service was amazing by the female staff member, happily showed me our carpet and was super helpful. I’ll be going back and recommending others just because how great the service was. Bonus there was a small kids area that kept the kids entertained whilst I checked out our carpet x
