Absolutely great company to deal with. We have used these guys for years in various homes we have owned and they have always been reliable, friendly and competitively priced. The two guys they sent to fit our carpets today were brilliant, our house was difficult to work on being a A Frame home with tight corners and edges but they worked hard always smiling, happy and professional throughout the day. I 100% will use and recommend Carpet One Helensvale again. Thanks Guys

We recently bought carpet for four rooms. We were very happy with the patience and knowledge of the owners Karen and Ian as we took a long time to decide on quality and colour. We were especially impressed with Shae the carpet layer who did an excellent job and was very friendly and easy to deal with. The outcome has been fantastic and we enjoy every day walking on our new carpet.
Professional service, great attitude and nothing was too difficult. Have been dealing with them for years and would never go anywhere else.
