Absolutely blown away by the efficiency and professionalism demonstrated. From the moment we walked into the store all the way up to installation. 3 rooms done in 1 day and everything was treated with care. Very kind and respectful. Would highly recommend.

Well. Had to call to have carpet redone in one room. Rachel came out. Seem professional at the time. Texted and IN WRITING told me installers would be arriving AT 4. 5:20pm no installers. I had already taken off work to come home and be here at 4pm like I was told. When I asked her about it she said I told her AFTER 4. Even though in writing she stated AT 4. We bought high-end carpet here for the “25-year” warranty. When my son’s carpet became stained, I told their employee multiple times it would be removed soon for an unrelated ceiling repair. The Carpet One employee came out, inspected it, and never mentioned the critical step that a third-party inspector had to see it before removal. I followed up with the both the store manager and employee several times asking for updates and each time reminding them we don't have carpet in the room and need to move our son back in soon.
