I didn't think I'd ever get my boyfriend out of this store. We left with carpet, the runner, glue, and other misolanace items.
My carpet shopping experience here was a complete disaster. I would never do business here again. Besides the delays and poor communication, the biggest reason was the product they sold me. I purchased wool carpet that was manufactured in California. Since it was a special order, there are no returns. No mention from the sales gal of any positives or negatives of wool carpet.
