Went into the store yesterday to look at carpet. While we were there for approx 25 , one worker was helping a customer ( never acknowledged us ) lady at desk came out from back and sat down ( was eating and answered phone and never acknowledged us either) so, after being in there all this time I looked at my hubby , we walked out the door and then that's when the lady wanted to ask us if we had any questions... Ditch the big box stores and visit this establishment. The folks here have carpeted four bedrooms and today installed luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen. Nothing but excellent work and their customer service is on point. We will be utilizing them for the remainder of the flooring in our house.
