I had Carpet One Of Columbia put in luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout my home. Not only am I extremely happy with the results, I am so happy with the service I received. From the first time I phoned and spoke with Gryphon until the project was finished and Gryphon stopped by to double check everything and make sure that I was completely happy with the results, they went above and beyond. We were looking for options to replace the carpet in a bedroom at our house and Carpet One got back to us very quickly and gave us a very competitive quote. Gryphon brought carpet samples and did some research for us, was very knowledgeable on their products. He was quick to return any messages and very thorough. We ultimately went another route but I would highly recommend them simply based on how easy it was to work with them. I will certainly use them in the future!
Carpet One did a wonderful job! From coming out to measure on time to finding us the right carpet for our needs with pets. I recommend them 100%.
