We had a great experience with getting new carpet from XL Flooring for all our bedrooms and stairs. Their manager Cindy York was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. The installers were very careful with my furniture, worked very efficiently, and did a good job. I had a a closet door that dragged a little over the thicker carpet and they had someone here to fix it within 24 hours for free.
Wonderful experience ordering flooring. I needed to replace the flooring installed my home and wanted a specific Brazilian hardwood. I spoke to Gryphon on the phone and he was so professional, and friendly. He did some research and provided different options via email. Cameron was phenomenal! For years my husband and I could not decide on the perfect backsplash for our kitchen and Cameron came to our rescue!
