I received outstanding service from Margaret Belk. She helped explain the different products and then pulled out numerous samples after listening to my needs. I was out of my comfort zone in knowing how to select, but she made it easy for me. And she gave continuous follow up.
We contacted Carpet One to get an estimate for carpet removal and replacement in my mother's house as we prepare it for sale. Joanna came out to measure and assess the situation, and I was impressed by her honesty and integrity. Instead of just giving us a quote and taking our money, Joanna took the time to really look at the existing carpet and suggested we might want to consider professional cleaning first and speak with our realtor before making the investment in new flooring. Very professional! Sales consultant was very helpful and patient during the selection process. Installers were very polite and hard working. Impressed at how well they cleaned up after themselves not just at the end of thr project but throughput and at the end of each day. Not a single negative thing I could say!
