We recently had flooring installed. We had a great experience. Randy helped me and oversaw the process from start to finish. The installers did an amazing job, were very conscientious, meticulous, friendly and reliable. Highly recommend!
I have been a customer of Carpet One for over 20 years. I remodeled a home in North West AR 2 years ago and chose Carpet One as they offered a beautiful carpet and warranted to be stain resistant and guaranteed for 5 years. I have a stain I cannot get rid of and have had two different carpet cleaning companies make attempts, I notified Carpet One six weeks ago. Spoke to a lady there never heard back. Randy was very helpful and ordered our flooring. He gave me a great deal and the delivery guys Chris and his delivery partner were awesome as well. We have enjoyed our experience so far with carpet one in bentonville. Thank you carpet one and we will definitely be using you for any future projects
