Ive worked with them for year, and love their expertise and advice. The few times that there may have been an issue, it was quickly addressed. I would highly reccommend.
I was referred to Carpet One by ******* Insurance for flooring installation, Carpet One and its owner Ed S*****, assured me specific work could be accomplished when they came out to give an estimate. Not only was the work not completed, but due their incompetence is was left unfinished and I had to hire another contractor to finish and fix the installation. Steer clear of these guys! Signed a contract with Darrin...once they realized they couldn't meet our deadline, which at first they said they could, they cancelled on us. Messed up our entire remodel timeline. Don't buy or waste your time.
