Poor customer service I have never encountered such poor customer service as I did with this company. When I had a problem with my carpeting, it was nearly impossible to have them return a simple phone call to me. I contacted the owner, who also did not return my calls nor did he respond to a letter that I wrote to him explaining the issues. In addition, and most importantly, they did not stand by their product. I was disappointed all around with my experiences with Carpet One. I will not do business with this company again.
Good selection, great prices After shopping around, I chose to buy my new carpet from this place because of the price and selection, and their ability to install it quickly. Most places would have made me wait several weeks to order the carpet, but Carpet One had the carpet that I wanted in stock. They came out and measured all my rooms, and then they installed it within a few days. Lisa Patterson helped me pick out carpet. she was very professional and came well prepared to my home with lots of samples and great ideas. On the day of install Fernando and his help were amazing and efficient. They cleaned before they left and make sure that I was pleased with their work. Best part is I love my new carpet!
