This company installed my flooring in the summer of 2024, and I've since experienced several issues with the quality of their work. The gaps between the floors have noticeably widened over time, indicating poor installation. See the photos The cuts around the vents are especially problematic. Each vent is 12 inches long. They did not make proper cuts on the tops AC vents. As a result, each vent is partially obstructed—by as much as 2 to 3 inches on side. 2-3 inches of HVAC vents are closed. See the photos. Absolutely horrible quality
We love our new carpet and laminate! Mike was great to work with and installation looks amazing!
I highly recommend Carpet One for your flooring. They did an amazing job. In general am not a fan of sales people as they tend to oversell and hover during the sales process; however, Hunter did an great job of balancing that. He was available to answer all of our questions (and did so with honesty and candor) and gave us time to look and discuss amongst ourselves without being overbearing. The install process was smooth and the end result is perfect.
Hunter was exceptional to work with on the sales floor. He understood exactly what I needed and understood my time frame. Ran into a couple glitches with scheduling and carpet inventory but it didn't hold up the project for a second. Hunter was able to work around issues and still get me within budget and within the time frame just as planned.
