I just had new carpet installed with Carpet One, and I worked with Mike Hyde. I can't believe how easy and seamless the experience was from choosing the right carpet in my budget, the installation, communication on updates, and checking in each step of the way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The financing and billing options were great. I definitely use them in my business and would recommend them to anybody who's looking at updating or getting new flooring.
We had a great experience with Carpet One. John, the salesman, was welcoming and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Our installers, Shane and Derek, were friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job. They also left our house clean when they were finished. I highly recommend this store!
After visiting another carpet store in town (disappointed because they weren’t much help), I went to Carpet One. I was greeted when I walk in by Colton Overton who then listened to what I needed and had excellent ideas for what would be best in my home. He was personable, very knowledgeable, truly interested in what I needed. He was so helpful that I’ve given out his name twice. Next time I need any flooring….I will def go to Carpet One.
John and everyone at Carpet One were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were patient, knowledgeable, and truly wanted us to feel confident in our choice...never pushy or rushed. Being able to take home multiple samples made such a difference in visualizing everything in our space. From start to finish, the process of replacing our carpet was seamless. We couldn’t be happier with the result!
Carpet One staff is wonderful. So helpful when I could not decide which carpet and LVP I wanted for our home. I love what we chose and the installation was fantastic.
