I was very pleased with the service and installation of my new carpet from Carpet One. Lacie was very professional and helpful in the store. I told her my biggest concern was stain removal because I had spilled both coffee and tea on the carpet in my new home and when trying to remove the stains the carpet looked worse. Lacie explained the best type of material to lookout for in carpets that may be prone to spills. She patiently walked me through the store to find the carpets that met my criteria. Chris Hughes and his team saved the day! After moving out we realized our primary bedroom closet carpet was beyond saving. We realized this two days before we needed to take listing pictures. I called Chris, he was at my home to do an estimate within an hour, next day I had beautiful, brand new, excellently priced carpet in the closet. He was wonderful to work with ans I recommend him and the team wholeheartedly.
