We had such an incredible experience with Carpet One! They installed both laminate flooring and carpet throughout our new home, and everything turned out absolutely stunning. Wesley and Ruben were amazing to work with. We were on a tight timeline and needed everything completed quickly before our move-in, and they made it happen! They communicated with me so well throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The floors completely transformed our home, and we couldn’t be happie... read more
Worked with Wesley to identify the right carpet to refresh our house, and we are very pleased with the experience. We initially had not planned to do our son’s room, but once the rest of the house was updated, he wanted new carpet too. Wesley came out that day to measure the extra room and gave us a new quote same day. Thanks for the help!
Carpet one was the Best!! We had a great experience from start to finish! Hunter was our salesman and was very attentive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Our installers, Edwardo and Antonio, were awesome! They did a fantastic job, were professional, and really paid attention to the details. The carpet looks absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend them!
After shopping several places for high-quality carpet. I was able to find the carpet I wanted at Carpet One in Southlake, Texas. The sales person (Chris Hughes) was kind and very knowledgeable of carpet installation. The Installers were professional and install my carpet beautifully. Thank you Carpet One.
Wesley and the Carpet One installers were great. Wesley was very patient and helpful, he came out quickly to give us an estimate, and we were very happy with whole experience. The installers were quick, professional and neat. Would definitely use them again.
