Very helpful people
The person in the office that does the scheduling is Tamela and she is amazing! Our dog damaged some of the carpet we purchased there, and Tamela was so helpful in helping us get it repaired. We will be getting more floors from Carpet One in the near future.
Good people, quality products
Purchased Luxury vinyl Coretec flooring from Tony at Carpet One. When the contractor put the flooring in he was very careful. When he slightly moved the refrigerator straight on this flooring it made quite an indentation. We took pictures sent them to Tony right away he said he would contact the distributor and get back to us. 5 pieces ruined the contractor had to replace them. 2 weeks went by no call from Tony in Latham.
