Charles came out to give us an estimate. We purchased carpet as well as a high end laminate. Kent helped us at the store and did a good job taking care of us. Mason came to do the installation and did a great job! Went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. I would definitely recommend!
Bought all our flooring from carpet factory 2 1/2 yrs ago. Had a problem with the vinyl in the dining room and they sent Charles and Bud to repair it. Thank you very much for your service.
Had them come out to measure for LVP and carpet. Carpet was installed first part of September maybe end of August, and the LVP started to be installed in September. They could not locate the stair nose and our master bathroom was not ready for them to lay the floor down. The installer said they should be by again with a stair nose in a couple of weeks. Since we just purchased our house and had a plethora of things going on, I called in January and they finally came out in February to finish the stair nose and the transition ... read more
