Very positive experience from start to finish. Kent at the store was very helpful. Charles came to measure within a few days of our deciding on a carpet. Mason and James did a great job on the installation. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Friendly people till there is a problem, we used them for our whole house and still regret it. They just couldn’t do what they said they could. Lots of other carpet places in town.
The service I received was outstanding 5 STARS!!! I highly recommend them to everyone they are top notch From their office staff to their installers. You won't be sorry when you hire them.
Charles came out to give us an estimate. We purchased carpet as well as a high end laminate. Kent helped us at the store and did a good job taking care of us. Mason came to do the installation and did a great job! Went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. I would definitely recommend!
Bought all our flooring from carpet factory 2 1/2 yrs ago. Had a problem with the vinyl in the dining room and they sent Charles and Bud to repair it. Thank you very much for your service.
