We were very happy with working with Sarah at Carpet-One and the final results. We had to change the product we chose following the results of the moisture tests done on the floor, which delayed the installation by a couple of weeks. We moved out during the project which took about 2 weeks, but we felt totally comfortable leaving the workers to do the job. Marykay was wonderful helping us decide on the best carpet for our needs. She was very patient explaining the measuring and cost info. The 2 carpet layers were pleasant, very professional, and highly skilled in their craft. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and pad, and the professional service all around.
