Rob, Steve, and Coop did a great job. The install was great and our new carpet looks great.They went above and beyond with the quality of work and were very good with the communication.
Monarch Carpeting, a great company to do business with. From Entering the showroom, a friendly greeting, A great response and showing the carpeting we were looking for. Then the measuring done promptly. Next the estimate, showing all that we needed to have done (moving furniture and removing the old carpeting). Lastly, the total cost, very affordable. Finally, scheduled to our needs. Monarch flooring, wood and carpet cover the total floors in our home. A very satisfied customer.
I just got my new carpeting. I really like it and it feels nice. I was treated with the upmost respect and didn't feel pressured at all. The installer Rich was fantastic. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable. I will be back if need be.
Installer, Dave Jeffers, was great! Kept us informed during the whole process. Very meticulous and careful. Cleaned up well, and job completed on time.
Great work overall. Rob, Steve and Cooper were there right on and did a big job quickly. I had the whole house done and it looks great!
