We had them do our bathroom floor, there was a miscommunication on the color of the wall cove and I was upset by the color I was given. They came out, let me pick a new color, and immediately replaced it. So happy with how our bathroom turned out and very pleased with their costumer service skills.

Monarch Carpeting, a great company to do business with. From Entering the showroom, a friendly greeting, A great response and showing the carpeting we were looking for. Then the measuring done promptly. Next the estimate, showing all that we needed to have done (moving furniture and removing the old carpeting). Lastly, the total cost, very affordable. Finally, scheduled to our needs. Monarch flooring, wood and carpet cover the total floors in our home. A very satisfied customer.
I just got my new carpeting. I really like it and it feels nice. I was treated with the upmost respect and didn't feel pressured at all. The installer Rich was fantastic. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable. I will be back if need be.
