Spencer was amazing, so helpful and extremely patient

We had a good experience starting with walking into the store to the carpet being installed! Everyone was friendly, professional and organized! Would definitely recommend!
They never followed through with samples or an estimate they came out and measured and never called back I complained but it fell on deaf ears I will not do business with them
Every part of the process was awesome. From the office staff to the great guys that installed or new flooring! Such ease and takes such good care of you! Great place for flooring. Highly recommend and definitely will be going to Monarch Carpet One for our next flooring needs.
