I have known Thayer for close to 20 years and have done business with him on multiple occassions. Thayer is a man of his word and ALWAYS does what he has promised to do for me. He has done several remodeling projects in our house and has gone above and beyond what we have expected or asked. AWESOME! We had an awesome experience with this company. We went through the North Little Rock location. We went in looking for wood floors. Mo came over that night to measure and price the floors. The price he quoted us was the complete price. there were NO hidden costs. He then set delivery and installation around our shcedules. We were originally told that it would take two days, but the workers instead agrred to stay late and finished in one! I would most definitely would use them agian, in fact we plan to!
Never use Carpet MIlls DO NOT-repeat-DO NOT ever buy through Carpet MIlls and owner Thayer Abuhalimeh in Little Rock/North Little Rock. They talk a good talk and tell you anything you want to hear. But when their installer does such a horrible job your house is unliveable, they drop you. No warranty on anything, no matter what they promise you or give you in writing. We had to rip up our whole new wood floor at our expense and pay another flooring place for another floor because Carpet Mills installed it so terrible and refu... read more
Terrible experience putting in hardwood floors Major disconnect between sales and installation. Sloppy installation - wouldn't respond to issues during and after the install - and they took the extra flooring ! Over a box of it ! One of the worst experiences I've ever had - wish I could give them a negative star rating.
