Nice staff but awful at customer coordination and internal systems. They screwed me over twice in the process and I’d ask for a manager to call me never happened. I wish I could give them a better review, but I absolutely cannot.

She came to my house, pulled measurements, found carpet suggestions that worked with the colors in my house and that worked amazingly with my budjet! (Trust me that is hard to find). The communication with Abby has been beyond impressive! She knows everything about every type of carpet, pads installation, etc. If you are looking for carpet you got to call her!
