We had carpet mill outlet come measure our home, and then got the feeling that the owner was a little slimy James R Hishmeh is his name please check Wisconsin circuit court system (CCAP) with this guy, then his business is Carpet Mill outlet but legal/corporate name under "ASTORIA CARPETS INC" (CCAP)check that as well, he doesn't pay taxes EVER, and gets sued by everyone. Dont go to this place! The owner Jim does not understand what customer service is. My husband and I bought a new home and wanted all new carpets throughout and decided to see if we can save a little with this outlet place but we were so wrong. Jim came to our home to measure our rooms and that was fine. We called him a month later to start the carpet process since we were waiting for our windows to be installed.
