Randy is awesome! He remembers clients from years ago. We have done business with him for years and have never been disappointed. His installers in my opinion are the best in the business.
I cant speak towards their work, but the customer service is terrible. I just called and in the process of introducing myself I was told by the employee they were super busy. First he did not give his name, second he was rude, third I will not be using the store. I hope you stay busy....
