The guys were on time, courteous, efficient and knew what they were doing. Couldn't ask for more than that!!!

They had the proper tools for the job which the first company we hired didn't -- something we discovered after they showed up. We have circular ceiling vents in some upstairs rooms which don't accomodate the roto brush.

Carpet MD will cost you more than most carpet cleaners but when you have a really stained carpet, they are the best. My carpet was a problem from the get-go. After the carpet was cleaned prior to moving into the apartment it crunched with every step. My two dogs contributed to the mess. When Carpet MD showed up (on time!) to give me an estimate I invited the manager of the complex to meet them, too. Their estimate was $70 more than the company usually hired. Carpet MD staff were all very professional, both in customer service and cleaning. All pricing, serves, cleaning and drying times were explained. The cleaning technicians took extra effort and time on our older carpets. They turned out great!

They were very professional. The man in charge explained what they were going to do, then they did it. Later he went over what was done and why. He carefully and tactfully explained the condition of the carpet and why. He then gave tips on extending the life of the carpet. This never before professionally 10 year old carpet looks great.
He was professional and knew what he was doing. When I had random questions about why he was doing different things, he was able to answer me.
They were very professional and did a fantastic job. My carpets never looked better. I will call them again. They spent extra time getting all the stains out.
