From the initial attempt at contact, the experience was excellent. My text was answered promptly and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He booked me in for 3 business days later. I was notified when they were on their way. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the professionalism, and respect for the other tenants in the building. Great service, will use them again. They were able to come when we needed them and did a great job with cleaning our tough pet stains.
I had a highly disappointing experience with Dano S at Carpet Masters. Despite claiming 20 years in the industry, he canceled my appointment at the last minute, citing broken equipment without having a backup available. I was told it would take two full days to get replacement equipment, which was entirely unworkable for me.
