Horrible installation followed by dealing with passive-aggressive communication from the owner to rectify the situation.... Which was followed by weekly phone calls to finally get them to follow through with their refund as promised. It ended up taking a month of weekly reminders via phone calls. Refund finally arrives, and it is short. In order to get the rest of the refund to cover my cost to pay a plumber to pull the toilet for them, I’m told I need to call the store and give them my credit card number?? I have used them on a few project's in past. However always had someone install carpet. I had their installers do the last house we remodeled and I must say I was very impressed. Very professional and efficient.
It didn't work out for us due to circumstance however they were very nice to deal with.
