Dave has kept my over the hill carpet looking amazing. I have a dog and 2 cats and he has rescued me from their disasters on multiple occasions. I thought we would have to rip it out a few times, but he fixed it. I had a cat that was marking and he got rid of the smell! I don’t trust anyone else to do my carpets.
I had some water damage in the basement that I really need to tend to. Dave Wells from Carpet master got back to me right away and came right out. Not only did he get the water up but also advised me on how to remedy some other extenuating circumstances. I have used Carpet Master for about 20 years now I think.
Always does a great job! Very reasonable and efficient!
Dave's the only one I have clean my carpet and it still looks great after 25 years! I have asthma and allergies so I can't take chemical cleaning. His steam cleaning works great and doesn't affect my breathing.
