DO NOT USECARPETMART!!!!!!! For starters, the quote they will initially give you WILL NOT cover everything! Do not let the good price draw you in! Had existing tile that was to be removed and they showed up on the first day without the proper tools to actually remove it. Took them 2 days to come back with tools. Once they got all the tile up they used mortar as self leveling compound which did not work. Made ALL of my floors uneven. The selection of tile at Carpet Mart is great and when we asked questions about the tile the sales person, Lisa Boothe, was very knowledgeable. However, once we decided to use them for our tile installation, things went downhill. I set up a time for her to come measure our floor and she was late. We wanted to use 1 year same as cash and they gave me the option of which company I wanted to use. I told her when we would be able to come over there and she indicated the paperwork would be ready. I had a great experience with this company. The installers were very friendly and did a wonderful job with our laminate floor. Definitely recommend them!

The installers dont speak english, nor do they know how to install flooring! They show up unannounced, they never bring enough materials, they did an awful job on our laminate flooring, its been 1 1/2 months and they still arent finished! They used white window caulking on our transition pieces and left it all over our floors, they didnt cut the trans. pieces to fit the walls, they left a big gap between the flooring and the baseboards, AND they didnt put our carpet under the transition pieces - they left a big gap and tried... read more
