Carpet ladies Installed Approximately 2400 ft.² of flooring throughout my house. Their pricing was not the cheapest. But, prior to getting the job from me, they did a lot of checking on the floor for leveling, transitions and many other different things. The Carpet Ladies did an excellent job on our carpet and hardwood flooring installment. Easy to work with, they cleaned up their work area and the price was competitive. I’d recommend them for sure.
They never answer the phone. The voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message either. Did get a reply through their contact portal and we were told putting carpet on stairs is a custom project they can’t do. We asked for recommendations on who might be able to do it (it’s not a custom project anyone can carpet stairs) and we’re told to “Google it”. Don’t waste your time with these people.
Kathy was incredibly accommodating and helpful during the selection and installation of our flooring. Highly recommmed!
Our experience with Carpet Ladies Company, was great!! the installers were very professional. We had just had the whole house painted inside and out and not one scratch. Took care of our home like it was theirs.
