They never answer the phone. The voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message either. Did get a reply through their contact portal and we were told putting carpet on stairs is a custom project they can’t do. We asked for recommendations on who might be able to do it (it’s not a custom project anyone can carpet stairs) and we’re told to “Google it”. Don’t waste your time with these people.
Kathy was incredibly accommodating and helpful during the selection and installation of our flooring. Highly recommmed!
Our experience with Carpet Ladies Company, was great!! the installers were very professional. We had just had the whole house painted inside and out and not one scratch. Took care of our home like it was theirs.
We had such a great experience working with the carpet ladies and I’m so glad we chose them. We put all new carpet in our upstairs. We worked with Constance to choose the right color and style for our home and she was amazing. Everything turned out just the way we wanted!
This review is long overdue! Kathy and the Carpet Ladies team helped me resolve an urgent "carpet situation" last May as we moved our daughter into her new Columbus condo. We are from Minneapolis and not familiar with the area. Kathy made the process so easy! The service, support, and proactive communication were exceptional! I would highly recommend Carpet Ladies for any of your flooring needs. Thank you! P.S. I was drawn to the name "Carpet Ladies" and love supporting female owned businesses!
