I will never buy from Carpet King again! They had to come out twice to re do work on my wood floor. I got some water( they say) on the wood laminet floor and it ruined two boards. We had our older wood floor ( fromm another co,) for 15 years and never had any problems. The salesman never told us about how to protect our floor or gave us a care kit for the floor. WE would have paid more for a floor that is sealed better but my wife and I assumed that all floors were like the floor we had for 15 years with no problems. carpet ... read more
