We’re doing research for a home remodel and haven’t had a chance to look at flooring in person. While we were visiting Hilo, we stopped in to look at options. The customer service was excellent. The staff was accommodating, answered our questions, showed us samples, and gave us recommendations. Very appreciative of their patience and help!
