I don’t normally post public endorsements, but I had such a good experience with Carpet Heritage I wanted to share. I picked Carpet Heritage after looking for new floors, I had looked at several local options. I specifically wanted to work with a local independent having been very disappointed after using a big box store several years ago. What a different experience this time. Super helpful when buying but when issue guys a ghost. 2 years waiting on him to come repair the molding that was applied with bubble gum. Conveniently he is always on vacation when my wife calls.

I would definitely recommend Carpet Heritage since working with Joe, the owner, was such a positive experience from the beginning to completion of the job. The installers, Ivair and Fernando, worked collaboratively as a team. They were professional, methodical, & meticulous during the entire process. Their work ethic was commendable.

We have been customers of Carpet Heritage for over 25 years. We’ve purchased several rugs, wall to wall carpeting for our hallway, and had our kitchen floor done three times. Joe has always been willing to spend time explaining our options and to assist with selections.
