I had a very small flooring job, but it needed attention to the details (including moulding and small tight fitting around the staircase). Joe, owner of Carpet Heritage, and his installation team, did an excellent job. While this was a small job, Joe provided professional service from start to finish. His prices were good and his installation team was incredible.
Based on the comments I see I'm not the only one. I called to get information for installation, the lady answered the phone ok but as soon as she heard I needed the service for the same week she said no and hanged up on me. Rude, bad customer service. Like someone else said in the comments, I guess they are only nice if they get the job. Do better
I’m thrilled with our new stair runner! Joe helped me pick the perfect fabric and I’m thrilled with the results. Our installer, Emad, is a total pro. Couldn’t be happier! Should have done this five years ago.
Carpet Heritage just finished installing new bedroom and hallway, stairs carpeting. It looks absolutely amazing. Joe is an amazing ,knowledgable person who knows all of his merchandise. I was looking for natural non toxic carpeting that looked good and he delivered. The installation was perfect. Just had carpeting installed throughout my condo. From beginning to end it was a seamless process. Joe was an excellent resource in aiding the selection of an appropriate carpet style and color. He came to measure the area within 3 days of the initial contact and provided pricing for the project. In less than one month I had an installation date.
