Made appointment for 10am I called at 11am to see what’s going on tec showed up at 1pm I agreed to let him do it anyway and small spots are still on the carpet I should have just used my Bristol and did it myself and saved the 120$. And it’s just a water carpet cleaner!

I called to get a quote on cleaning two sofas I have ( both different size) and the guy who answered said it was $135 each, when I asked him that they were different size he said it was $135 each again without even letting me finish what I was saying about both being very different size, then as I started taking again he hung up on me. Definitely not contacting them again! HORRIBLE customer service!
