You should be aware the price quoted is not the price you will pay. I used them for a move out and a move in and the quoted price was doubled when he arrived on borh. I don’t understand why steam cleaning doesn’t include carpet cleaning when he only used a steam cleaner no shampooing machine. There were no stains. Each was $200 more than quoted and the carpets were soaking wet. I would not use them again he knew I had a deadline and took advantage of the situation.

Update: It’s been 3 years later we were fortunate to get JJ again he came in a knocked out the carpet super quick and completely made it way cleaner. It look like we got brand new carpet they still provide great service. We have lived in the same house for 12 years and had multiple companies clean our carpet and it was never right however we had 5 years worth of dirt and it got completely wiped out JJ did our cleaning he took his time and made sure it was right best carpet cleaning we've ever had.
