We recently embarked on a project that included new flooring for five primary rooms. On a recommendation from a Real Estate friend, I visited Carpet Gallery- Floor One on Mercury Blvd, in Hampton, VA. Carpet One Gallery did a poor job on my flooring. It's been three years, and I still have areas that need repair. They made several mistakes while attempting to fix the problems, and now my flooring is uneven. The insurance representative handling this case is very cunning; they overcharge my insurance, which has made my homeowners insurance very expensive.

I recently purchased a beautiful remnant 12x12 with bound edges for less than I priced a 5x8 carpet with a runner from Walmart!!! I'm so glad I went in. I thought they'd be too expensive for me. I was happily shocked at their price's and they delivered for a faction of what I expected. I could not recommend them enough.

I was told to come here and ask for Aaron, and I’m so glad I did. From the time it took to walk in the door, select carpet, and schedule the install, we were there for maybe 20 minutes. Aaron made the whole process painless, and his install guys did a great job of putting the carpet down. I will definitely be returning here in the future for my flooring needs!
