I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his team. It seems like it’s difficult to find good contractors and vendors these days, but Jeff goes above and beyond. He has done carpet for us in three properties & we couldn’t be happier. He’s very honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. He is available when you need him and quick to communicate.

Carpet for Less installed a floating panel floor in our office. Within a year of install the floor started to peel up. Jeff stated on Jna 16th, 2024 via text, that he wanted to let me know that the floor will most likely be replaced under warranty. I have attempted to follow up multiple times since that text and he has not responded to any communication whatsoever. We are at a loss of $2,000 and floor continues to people up. Jeff and his team, simply perfection. From the communication process and helping coordinate with some weird things that came up, the professionalism never changed. His team was prompt, polite, efficient, helpful, considerate, and everything you would expect for top notch services. Here's the kicker! It didn't cost an arm and a leg! All the more reason to support our local small businesses. Got 5 quotes. The big box stores, not even in the same realm. Thank you Jeff!

Terrible, terrible at communicating! Placed my order, after three weeks I kept calling and texting for an update, nobody ever called me back. Not until I called the office, left a voicemail like you always do, and said to cancel my order. Then somebody called me back. I still canceled. If you want lack of communication, this is your company. By the way, their carpet is not less than others.
