I have had 3 floors installed in the past few years and have been extremely satisfied. They are very professional and priced very reasonable. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. You won't be disappointed.
Run far away from this guy! He has been giving me the run around for six months and has not finished the job and I’ve paid him in full. He carpeted my rooms and said the pieces for the stairs would take longer. I’m still waiting and he won’t respond to my calls or texts.
I could not share enough how much I would recommend Carpet for Less. When Jeff came out for a quote he was extremely helpful in making recommendations, some of which even saved us money. There was a bit of a mixup at installation and Ray and Jeff were immediately working to get it corrected. Within 24 hours the issue was resolved. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his team. It seems like it’s difficult to find good contractors and vendors these days, but Jeff goes above and beyond. He has done carpet for us in three properties & we couldn’t be happier. He’s very honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. He is available when you need him and quick to communicate.
Carpet for Less installed a floating panel floor in our office. Within a year of install the floor started to peel up. Jeff stated on Jna 16th, 2024 via text, that he wanted to let me know that the floor will most likely be replaced under warranty. I have attempted to follow up multiple times since that text and he has not responded to any communication whatsoever. We are at a loss of $2,000 and floor continues to people up.
