Pattern number was wrong on the order form Caught that before we left, but took 5 hrs for 2 guys to install a small bathroom floor. Lots of shortcuts including a big slash in flooring behind toilet that's not even glued down. Cut baseboard too short. Foyer looks ok - but not professional at all. Manager was to come out and look - never showed up or called. Never again.
