Do not make any important plans with this company! Total incompetence, layered on top of arrogance. I ordered engineered hardwood for a level of my house more than a month in advance of my move-in date, paid for it, and was told it would be in in one week and that I could pick it up any time. I was also told that if I needed any more, they keep plenty around and I could just come back and get more. They were very friendly and helpful and patient with me while I was trying to decide which wood I wanted. Once I picked it out, they immediately ordered it and began installation once it arrived. They did a wonderful job installing the wood floor and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will use again in the future for my countertops.

My experience was great! I went into the Thornton store a few months ago to price #1 red oak (unfinished) for my entire main level flooring. Patti was able to give me the correct information from the beginning and it was available to me in just a couple of days. Even the management was helpful and accomodating. I have since placed two additional orders and the price is has been exactly what I was quoted and in a very timely fashion. DO NOT go to carpet exchange. Yes it is cheap, and you get what you pay for. Our sales lady did not listen to a word we said and changed the price 5 times on us. She kept saying she was giving us a deal but then would charge us for something else. My mom also had a HORRIBLE experience and we tryed them anyways hoping it would be different. The installer was on his cell phone the ENTIRE time, texting and talking to friends
