DO NOT go to carpet exchange. Yes it is cheap, and you get what you pay for. Our sales lady did not listen to a word we said and changed the price 5 times on us. She kept saying she was giving us a deal but then would charge us for something else. My mom also had a HORRIBLE experience and we tryed them anyways hoping it would be different. The installer was on his cell phone the ENTIRE time, texting and talking to friends
Awsome service and price! – I loved the large beautiful showroom and the large selection of hardwood and laminate. The large displays really show the product well and give you a good visual as to how it will look installed in a room! I was also impressed with the professionalism of the sales person I felt like they were sincerely concerned with helping me find the best product for my use and not just trying to take my money! I highly recommend Carpet Exchange of Ft Collins ;)
