Lock up your stuff, Carpet Exchange hires crooks – I had carpet installed in my upstairs. Two seams started to come apart. I contacted the store and was told that Keith the install manager would call me. I received a call from an installer and was told that I needed to move the furniture, which upset me because I paid Carpet Exchange to move my furniture. Keith never called me to discuss it. Valuable Carpet To whom it may Concern: Luis Ruiz brought to our attention the fact that the manufacturer of the tile we chose, had cut the 16x16 tiles into smaller pieces (8x16 and 8x8) for our chosen pattern instead of manufacturing them in the smaller sizes. We had believed, and I think carpet Exchange also believed, that the tiles were manufactured in the smaller sizes and not cut. I'm not sure if this the the right place, I thought it was closer to the mall. But everyone was so nice and helpful, very welcoming place. Nice contrast from everywhere else I went.
