I purchased carpet from the Parker location 6 years ago. When we went in we explained to our sales rep that we needed long lasting carpet that could stand up to a lot of traffic. She sold us a Shaw carpet she said had a 20 year wear warranty and would meet all of our needs. Within 2 years the carpet started to show a lot of wear.
