Installation scheduling was a nightmare! Waited 10 days for them to schedule a measure (which ended up being incorrect and required a second visit to finish the install), then to get them to schedule the install took multiple additional calls. The installers left saying someone would contact us for them to come back with the extra carpet needed to finish the job; after waiting another 10 days we went to the store and they said it was our role to call and schedule the installation. We purchased carpet and padding from the Golden location. Alex was very helpful and we are thrilled with the product, installation workmanship and customer service! Carpet Exchange beat the big box stores by a substantial amount and the carpet and pad quality from Carpet Exchange exceed anything they had to offer for our budget. We manage rentals and will be visiting Alex again with our flooring needs.
