Just had carpet excellent install stair runners to my house they did an outstanding job workers were very professional knew what they were doing they showed up 45 minutes late but the excellent job they did makes up for it
they repaired and refinished 2 rooms that hadn't been touched in 30 years. Perfectly matched stain with my window woodwork, and the floors looked like new ! Awesome job !
Not a good job! – I had Hardwood floors installed by Carpet Excellence and I have to say the installers and also the finish guys did a poor quality job all around. I told them I was not happy with the job and they had someone come out to look at it and they addressed a couple of the issues they felt were not acceptable. Now the finish on the floor is still horrible. The floors were sanded very unevenly and there very wavy and they have a ton of dirt in the clear coat. I could understand why they call the store "Carpet EXCELLENCE". They are EXCELLENT in all they do, wjhether it be putting down carpeting or ceramic tile they are fantastic. Their workers are polite and hardworking and very efficient. They come in and do what they have to do and out they go to the next job. They schedule the work to be done as soon as possible. carpet excellence They have a large variety to pick from. carpet, hardwood floors ,tile ,laminate, vinyl floors. You can not beat the prices,I have priced many other store.You also do not have to wait weeks for them .If i order from them that week ,a few days after my rug is down.
