We had carpet installed in 4Rooms and hallway was on floor about 2 years it started to wrinkle really bad then started to tear in places then the ends started to fray They Never showed any times we called said would need up front payment to have carpet stretched again and other problems fixed Only husband and I here and believe me we don't destroy anything So this company would be last company I would call
I am absolutely disgusted by the way this company does business. They reschedule me 3 times to install my carpet. No one
I love the financing empire offers but if your carpet starts to fry after not even 2 years they want money before they will even come and look at it. They will not cover any repairs needed if it is an installation issue even though THEY hire the people that install the carpet. 20 year warranty is a joke. If you have issues you better hope it is before the year "installation" warranty expires.
Horrible can't get anyone out to even price the floor would not recommend this place at all twice to try to get an estimate and no one came out wasted two days not going to do that again.
I LOVE CARPET EMPIRE PLUS!!!!! MY FAVORITE PLACE TO BE! FAMILY ATMOSPHERE AND GREAT PEOPLE!
