I recently purchase high quality wood laminate flooring for my 2700 square foot home. I went to the Indio store and met the sales associate Dave Lanterman and he quickly greeted me as I entered the store but didn't hover but gave me space to browse. Then when I was ready he was quick to assist with helping me select the product I wanted. We scheduled a associate to come out and measure. We had fantastic experience with Carpet Empire Plus and couldn't be more pleased to work with Dave on our purchase. He was knowledgeable, easy-going, and took great care of us. As we were looking to replace our wool carpet, we wanted something that looked nice/fit our home well, but would also hold up with pets and guests. The store had lots of great flooring options to choose from, and we came away very happy with our final choice. Would definitely recommend.
