Great people great prices
We’ve used Sam with Carpet and Door for several LVP installs. It’s always been a great experience and the flooring has been perfect!
Don’t bother or waste your time and money on this place. They did a horrible job. The installer smoked in my house. They left very noticeable seams in the carpet that are already coming apart. The installation overall looks terrible. The owner, Sam, promised to send someone out to make repairs. Many calls were made and a no-show for installers. After being blown off, I requested a partial refund and he refused. I strongly recommend you use another company. Big ripoff!!
Used them for two jobs. OK. No better than OK. Good prices. Nice guys. But took weeks to get a call back. Poor communication.
I am in awe at this place! One of a kind! So pleasant and easy to work with! And FAST! The price and quality of both the carpet and service is the best in the Tri-cities!
