I’ve used carpet direct for my last two home remodels and LOVED THEM! I purchased engineered hardwoods (gorgeous), tile, vinyl plank, and carpet. I love having design help and the sales person coming to my home with samples—gotta see how the color and style looks right next to my cabinetry and woodwork, etc. I priced out all the big flooring box stores and carpet direct was right in the ballpark—plus they have their own installers. Call them.
Awful installation experience. One month later and they’re not done yet.
