Ben and Joseph did an outstanding job from start to finish. Ben brought samples to the house so we could take our time and decide on what we really wanted. Never any pressure to hurry. He explained what type of carpet and padding would work for us. Once we did decide the ordering process was smooth and came in ahead of the expected time. I had carpet installed in a small room, in my basement. Service, from the first time we met until it was installed was perfect. I have a daycare, so when I ask someone to come to my home, I expect them to their job, so I can do mine.
