Love Carpet Direct !! This is my 4 th time getting rooms carpeted by them and they always look great. They are always on time ,professional ,kind and courteous.
Ayman was kind and respectful from the start. Everything was as quoted from price to install. Will return for more flooring needs in the future.
Wonderful experience, owner was very helpful and knowledgeable he was able to install and remove new carpet in less than a week. Insulation took maybe 2 hours total they removed all the old carpet.
ZERO STARS! PLEASE READ THIS AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I live in Fraser and love to support small, local businesses (keep our money local, support Mom and Pop shops, etc.). This was the worst home improvement project I've ever had. I didnt listen to my gut and got completely screwed because of it. The price be square foot was MUCH higher than it should have been for the brand/quality of carpet I got.
